Capture, structuring, maintenance and management of land data in GIS systems Coordination of measures for area development, incl. Use of public-law and private-law instruments (e.g. utilities, construction loads) Analysis and evaluation of area and building data for deriving sound decision bases Planning, implementation, maintenance and documentation of land reorganisations, property conditions and land changes Monitoring and planning of the budgets and taxes of service providers in the fields of surveying, cartography, documentation and consulting in land management Support in the documentation and follow-up of changes in the context of transaction processes Describe contracts and monitor compliance with contractual obligations

Complete study in the field of geoinformatics, surveying or comparable qualification Advanced knowledge in the collection, structuring and maintenance of property data in the GIS as well as the further development and maintenance of the geodata infrastructure Funded knowledge of surveying technology and land management as well as in the preparation and implementation of land reorganisations and surveys Secure handling of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS), CAFM systems, as well as M365, ERP and BI Knowledge of budget planning, service provider management and procurement law Language knowledge: flowing German in word and writing, good English knowledge of advantage High level of initiative, communication strength and enforcement
