Damage processing: You process liability damage from combined project insurance for construction and large-scale construction projects Planning liability: You are working in particular on planning liability damages of co-insured architects and engineers as well as other planners Damage check: You analyze damages, check liability and cover questions and prepare appropriate decisions Damage coordination: You coordinate the processing with insurers, customers, experts, lawyers and other stakeholders Communication: You conduct case-related communication with the parties and ensure transparent and solution-oriented processing Documentation: You document damages and processing steps carefully and keeps deadlines and open points reliable after Exchange: You bring your findings into the team and support the further development of damage management in the field of construction and large-scale construction projects

Qualification: You have completed a degree in law. As an alternative, commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector, comes into question with relevant experience in damage processing Professional experience: You bring experience in the processing of liability damage, ideally in the field of construction, project, planning or professional liability Insurance expertise: You have a good understanding of legal and liability relationships as well as the examination of issues of cover and liability Industry understanding: knowledge of the legal and technical framework conditions in the planning and construction sector, e.g. HOAI, VOB and liability law, are advantageous Analytical Strength: You work safely in complex damage processes, evaluate facts structured and develop comprehensible solutions Communication: You will be safe and communicate with customers, insurers and other stakeholders Working: You work independently, carefully, structured and solution-oriented Team spirit: You like to work with a dedicated team of experts and actively share your knowledge IT knowledge: Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with broker management systems complete your profile; good English skills are desirable
