You want to go through childhood education? Start your dual studies with the appropriate practical partner. Experience our dual study with courses on campus on two days a week. Then deepen your knowledge using our interactive learning materials. In our inclusive kita we serve children from 35 nations from 1 to 7 years of age. 33 children with disabilities of all degrees of severity are of course part of our living community. Diversity, participation and mutual respect characterize our educational everyday life. Thanks to the recently completed extension of the iKita gGmbH, we create additional places for up to 90 children, including 12 children in a healing educational group. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a state-approved specialist for inclusion and participation.

You work pedagogically on the basis of the BBP and actively shape our inclusive kita concept You accompany care and keep the health of the children in mind You set up, including group pedagogy, professionally sounded and reflected by You test and document development processes, first set up funding plans and take appropriate measures You work closely with parents – in the sense of a partnership education You cooperate with interdisciplinary departments (e.g. SPZ, logopedia and physiotherapy and ergotherapy) You plan, perform and prepare pedagogical offers and projects before and after

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are a state-recognized specialist for inclusion and participation (e.g. educator:in with additional qualification / specialist:in for participation and inclusion) You bring experience or profound knowledge in inclusive early childhood education with You are happy with open group work as well as team and parent work You convince by sensitivity, empathy and a value-adding attitude towards diversity You are teamable, responsible and flexible You have intercultural competence and are happy to work with children Career prospects: As an established institution of the social economy in Berlin, we offer you secure framework conditions and diverse possibilities of development such as remuneration according to the domestic contract (E9a), based on TV-L, incl.
