Start at the Quality Management Team and make sure that our quality standards are complied with even after the vehicle purchase. By processing complaints, you are responsible for sustainable customer loyalty. In this department we allow our customers an incomparable online car purchase experience. You analyze and assess damages and defects in used cars using photos, videos or cost suggestions, taking into account our high quality standards, and work closely with our motor vehicle workshops. As a communicative interface, you coordinate between customers, internal departments and external service providers. Help your team as a technical consultant with your expertise, support technical questions and actively contribute to the development of processes and solutions. With your solution-oriented approach and technical know-how, you make sure that the Autohero purchasing experience remains positive for our customers.

You bring experience in the automotive sector, such as mechatronics, body builders or car service consultants. Ideally, you have first professional experience in customer service and are a communication talent with fun at customer contact. You work structured, independent and are a team player. Flowing German knowledge as well as a safe handling of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.) are of course for you, English knowledge is of advantage. You have a passion for cars and are ready to work on new topics.
