You take over the personal and professional management and design the operation of our spa You ensure safe operation in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations You are responsible for the collection of offers, orders and the audit You organize and monitor repairs and service work on buildings, equipment and work equipment You support the further development of brand development and contribute to the creation of economic and financial plans You accept shift and weekend services as required

You have successfully completed a training as a master of bathing facilities (m/w/d) or are specialist employees for bathing facilities (m/w/d) with an appropriate additional qualification Ideally, you have additional skills in leadership, animation and as a sauna master You bring experience in the management and organization of baths, both from a technical and business perspective You convince by a customer-friendly and service-oriented appearance as well as pronounced organizational and communication skills
