They take over the complete processing and customs of sea freight export shipments in compliance with all legal, customs and internal requirements. They dispose of container transport including ramps and carry out independent bookings at shipping companies. They are tracking shipments from pickup to arrival at the destination. They take over the handling of dangerous goods. You process complaints based on solution and within your competence. They communicate professionally with internal departments, customers, shipping companies and other partners. They conduct customer-specific reporting. Continuous optimization of the processing processes is also part of your tasks.

They have a commercial training, ideally with the field of international freight logistics. They have first professional experience in the field of sea freight (export) and ideally knowledge in the field of hazardous goods. Good IT skills as well as good English skills in word and writing are of course for you. They work precisely and have an eye for details. They bring motivation, flexibility and team skills.
