Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the personnel sector or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in a generalistic function Knowledge in the field of labour law, works council work or collective bargaining Interest in the collective agreements of the metal and electrical industries Joy in cooperation with executives and employees Structured and independent operation Communication strength as well as a safe and friendly appearance Interest in actively shaping and developing personnel processes
