Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

As a technical property manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for object monitoring and technical object management of predominantly commercial property. Their task is to create the technical annual planning of the transferred objects in budget planning and their under-year tracking. You monitor the performance of technical facility services and thus the building and plant conditions in order to take over a holistic operator responsibility. You plan, commission, control and monitor technical measures and projects in stock, in particular technical inspections and maintenance, and all expert reviews of all technical installations subject to supervision. You evaluate test, inspection and maintenance documentation and develop optimization/refurbishment and improvement proposals for an ever-increasingly economical, safe, low-impact and energy-efficient operation of all building systems. The support and technical advice of WOLFF & MÜLLER's operating units for rebuilding measures and area extensions of co-units are also part of your task. You have the opportunity to practice the activity one or two days a week at our campus in the headquarters in Stuttgart

You have a completed artisanal training, at best a further education as master, construction technician, technician for building system technology or a study in the field of civil engineering or building engineering You bring multi-year professional experience in the care of real estate with You have knowledge of MS Office applications You are characterized by their analytical and structured way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as solution orientation You convince us with enforcing, flexibility and reliability
