Training: Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g. Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Groß- und Ausländer) or a comparable qualification Experience: First practical experience in commercial customer service, in telephony or order processing of advantage IT knowledge: Secure user knowledge in the current MS Office programs as well as routine in handling goods management systems/ERP software Language knowledge: English skills are advantageous Personality: Good communication skills, strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured and conscientious way of working
