Store Manager in Cologne (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for the store and control the daily operating business with a focus on sales, service and customer satisfaction. You lead, motivate and develop your team and create an environment in which sales strength and enthusiasm are lived for the brand. You analyse relevant KPIs and business performance indicators and are thus implementing specific measures to improve store performance. You develop and initiate sales and customer activities to increase frequency, customer retention and yield sustainably. As an interface to the corporate headquarters, you bring ideas, market observations and customer feedback and actively participate in the further development of the retail business.

You have at least two years of experience as a store manager, branch manager or in a comparable leadership position, ideally in consulting-intensive retail. You bring well-founded experience in employee management as well as sales and KPI control. You think entrepreneurial, act independently and combine sales strength with strong customer and service orientation. Organizational talent, decision-making pleasure and hands-on mentality characterize your work. You communicate safely in German and English and ideally bring an affinity to technology, high-quality products and strong brands.
