You supply your patient: holistic inside, with heart and mind You are involved in the process and target-oriented care of our palliative patient: inside and implement the current treatment and care standards in everyday life Self-employed takeover of professional patient-oriented care of our patients: Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings (psychoonologists, nutritional advice etc.) You document and ensure the quality of your services in our digital patient file Guidance of trainees and nursing assistance In the interdisciplinary team, you work on the best treatment successes for your patient:

Team player with a completed training in care (PFM-PFF, GKP, AP) You have professional and social competence and ideally professional experience in the care of palliative patients:inside You have a strong communicative competence with much empathy With a lot of heart and professionalism in dealing with colleagues, patients: inside and relatives Professional starters:inside and newcomers:inside are welcome!
