Construction and Project Management Assistant (m/f/d)

You conduct the building secretariat and perform commercial tasks in the branch You carry out the project-related commercial work independently and independently You support the construction and project management You are responsible for building site coordination and order processing with contractors You create framework agreements and construction site contracts as well as costing and billing documents You are a contact person for commercial processing with clients, authorities, customers, suppliers and subcontractors

You have a successfully completed commercial training or an economic study You have a multi-year professional experience in construction or project business You bring good knowledge in building contract law and contract management You are safe in handling the MS Office package You work independently, independently and structured You are reliable and a team player
