The position of Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d) is the perfect start for an international career in financial management at Hilti. In order to give you the right “hand tools”, start at our International Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) in Kaufering near Munich. Here you quickly take responsibility for a selected Hilti company, organize the day-to-day business in Accounting and General Ledger, are contact persons for the financial manager on site, laying the foundation for your future financial career. After 15 to 18 months, you will become part of our controlling team in Central Europe and are Sparring partners for our management. During the first 18 months, you will work in our Shared Service Center in Accounting and ensure that the monthly and annual accounts are drawn up in accordance with the deadline and quality. For our European market organisations, you are an independent consultant (m/w/d) in all accounting and financial matters.

In the next step you will be in the controlling of proactive business partners for the management and various departments. You create monthly reports, conduct ad hoc analyses and strategic and operational business planning incl. Forecasting through.

Through your tasks in accounting and controlling, you will learn the craftsmanship you need as a future manager in the financial sector. At the same time, you build a sound business understanding and network through the management of various financial projects, which will be the basis for your further international Hilti career.

As Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d), you work effectively in a global matrix organization and represent the central European interests at international level. What you bring:

You have successfully completed your Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and the like and have already gained first practical experience in your internships in a comparable financial environment in industry or in business consulting. Due to your international experience so far, you are aiming for a financial career abroad with exciting tasks. You have a clear target and are looking for a company that brings your development forward through targeted mentoring/ coaching. With your strong personality, you also convince managers at management level. They have a talent to build and communicate internal and external networks in English and German across all functions and hierarchies.
