Our service package ensures that our customers are always one step ahead in the market from the first consultation to the support after purchase. We offer seamless procurement, effective DFM consulting (Design for Manufacturing) and develop customized PCB strategies for the needs of our customers and customers – all of this supported by our AI-based E2E procurement platform. During your student work, you support the structured analysis, care and processing of customer, offer and project data using MS Excel and other tools. Your activity includes the creation of meaningful evaluations, overviews and visualizations. This allows you to make complex information for the team and our customers understandable and decision-making. In addition, you will participate in the creation of presentations, materials and data packets for communication with customers at project level and operationally. You will also provide information on offers, delivery status, queries and project-specific customer topics. This allows you to contribute to fast and reliable answers. You work in the foundations of our technical products, including equipped circuit boards and electronic components. You help to make relevant information understandable. Last but not least, you will recognize operational support needs, AI-use and automation-use-cases, collect information from team members and prepare topics to make decisions and escalations possible efficiently.
