As a leading tax expert (m/w/d), you can design the further development of the German tax department within our Group Tax and run a 7-member team of experienced tax advisors. In your hands, the responsibility lies for the proper performance of all tax duties and you ensure that tax audits in the Group are carried out smoothly, quickly and safely. You support challenging projects, especially in the context of acquisitions and restructuring, in close cooperation with our business units. In addition, the Group's domestic companies advise you on complex tax issues and optimise tax burdens with respect to legal and internal requirements. Foreign subsidiaries will assist you in close coordination with the departments involved and tax advisors. You shall participate in annual accounts, shall be responsible for the determination of current and latent taxes and shall provide for the audit. Tax changes follow, derive measures and develop tax policies, procedural requirements and corporate standards for tax matters.

After a successfully completed tax consultant exam, you have ideally been generalist in consulting and large companies for at least ten years and can demonstrate sound knowledge in all common tax types of corporate tax law. You already have experience as leadership and bring joy in the design and development of teams. Ideally, you have already been involved in M&A projects and have experience in Tax Due Diligence as well as in post-Merger integration processes. Their knowledge of German and English is reliable in word and writing. With your sovereign communication strength and your pronounced project management competence, you can safely interact with internal and external stakeholders.
