Holistic architectural planning of challenging car park projects from the first idea to the implementation Development and presentation of convincing, sophisticated design concepts Own-responsible creation of the approval planning (incl. activity as a design assistant (m/w/d)) and execution planning Design and technical coordination and integration of all planning services – both within GOLDBECK and with external specialist engineers Ensuring architectural quality taking into account economic, functional and sustainability aspects

Successfully completed architectural studies First practical experience in design and execution planning (LPH 1–5) Safe handling of CAD, graphics and presentation tools Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English Enthusiasm for systematized, sustainable and economic construction Very good understanding of time dependencies and processes in the planning process High creative feeling and self-initiative and solution-oriented thinking Structured operation, team spirit and strong communication skills
