In your function as a trainee of the Control & Policy Department within the staff section, you will get insights into the various competence center processes. They are involved in the support of all relevant remuneration processes, such as the participation in market observations, the process for variable remuneration and the further development of existing remuneration processes. In addition, you will work with the second focus on HR-Controllings/Reporting projects as well as the planning. The focus is on digitization and process optimization.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Business Administration / Business Informatics, ideally focusing on personal processes/process design. They enjoy the further development of topics and processes and are inspiring for the digitization of processes. The MS Office Suite can safely control you (especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also MS Access) and bring a high IT and number affinity. An independent way of working, reliability, and the ability to proactively and persistently drive projects are what you can do.
