The “UniCredit Graduate Program” is your start into an exciting and varied career in one of Europe’s leading financial institutions. In your 12-month rotation-based trainee program, you will get to know the company. In the Real Estate Division within the Digital & Operations Division (CDOO), we ensure the reliable, economical and sustainable operation of our headquarters properties. Our buildings provide the basis for modern work and smooth banking. We provide this with technical know-how, a powerful building infrastructure and the continuous development of processes and standards. Together with internal departments as well as external partners, we ensure the functionality of our buildings and technical facilities and drive projects around modernisation, sustainability and future-oriented real estate operations.

Type of employment: Full time As part of our trainee program, you will learn about the technical real estate operation of an international bank from different perspectives. You take early responsibility, work on exciting projects and build up profound expertise in the operation of modern buildings. Among other things, the following tasks await you: You support the technical operation of our headquarters properties and gain insight into the technical building equipment, electrical engineering and utility technology. You can help to ensure the reliable operation of our building facilities. You accompany the planning, control and monitoring of maintenance and maintenance measures. You support technical projects as well as renovation and modernization measures. You work with the coordination and control of external service providers and specialist companies. You contribute to the optimization of operating processes and the further development of sustainable operating concepts. You set up evaluations, documentation and technical reports as the basis for sound decisions. You provide and update relevant data in our technical systems, such as Maximo.

In addition, you will bring: You are in the last stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on technical building equipment, electrical engineering, utility technology or in a comparable field, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in technical building operations, facility management or building environment, for example through internships or student work. You are interested in technical buildings and bring a good understanding of building engineering relationships. You have first practical experience in handling AI applications. You are characterized by a structured and analytical method. You convince by your own initiative, team spirit and communication strength. You're probably working with MS Office. You have very good German and good English skills.

At the UniCredit Graduate Program Germany you will find an attractive annual fixed basic remuneration starting at €59.761 gross, which is based on your academic degree and full-time employment. Your payment is made in accordance with the applicable wage agreement for private banking and is based on the following classification: Bachelor's degree: 6/11. Year of employment Master's degree: 7/11. Year of employment Promotion: Group 8/11. Year of employment

The target salary consists of two components: the annual basic remuneration (as indicated above), paid out in 13 monthly salaries, as well as a variable bonus payment. The bonus payment has a gross monthly basic salary as the starting point and is adapted to both the success of the company and your individual contribution to success.
