Responsibility for the development and implementation of a technical equipment and service strategy in its own field of competence Ensuring a legal and economic maintenance strategy Management of employees of responsibility, management of responsibility Organisation of a team-oriented, cross-company cooperation between employees Organisation of the maintenance and project tasks of the TGA area and the construction industry to provide a service that is optimised in terms of content and economic terms and in terms of its own and external performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory provisions, operator regulations and recognised rules of the technology, compilation of risk assessments as well as collection and information on operations and/or failure risks to buildings and technical installations Creation and monitoring of budgets and ongoing reporting Identification of savings potentials and efficiency increases Ensuring a hospital-friendly inner and outer appearance of the supervised properties and buildings Creation of user, corporate and employee satisfaction

Graduated training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) in the electrical or HKLS sector or a completed (special) university degree in hospital engineering, electrical engineering, supply engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience as a practice-oriented specialist, ideally with a focus on health care technology, supplemented by relevant further training and detectable successes knowledge of relevant standards, legal requirements and recognised technical rules, in particular in the facility management; Experience in the organization of services and economic understanding Extensive sense of responsibility, reliability, confidentiality, loadability and high quality orientation, customer friendliness and communication strength Identification with the aims of a Christian foundation
