• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of board meetings and the corresponding decisions of Uniper SE and larger group companies

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings of the Supervisory Board (and Supervisory Board Committees) and the corresponding decisions of Uniper SE and larger corporations

• Introduction and support of ongoing improvements in processes and systems in the corporate office environment

• Participation in the annual financial reports on behalf of the Supervisory Board

• Advising the Uniper functions in the development and adoption of Group-wide guidelines and updating the Management Framework

• Completed commercial training or a completed university degree in law, economics, communication or a comparable degree

• A well-founded understanding of economic and entrepreneurial relationships, ideally in a listed company based on multi-year professional experience

• Good knowledge of Uniper's strategy and activities

• Good understanding of business-related decision-making processes

• Comprehensive experience in cooperation with senior executives and board members

• Ability to work efficiently with other areas

• Embossed communication skills and discretion

• High level of structuring, self-initiative, enforcement, service and (creative) solution orientation

• Embossed skills for teamwork and cooperation

• Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing
