As a specialist in Business Continuity Management (m/w/d), you take over the responsibility and further development of Business Continuity Management. In doing so, you act in the function of the crisis manager as well as in the function of the security and safety manager. Other tasks include: Implementation of the Business Continuity Planning including the creation and continuous revision of policies, plans and concepts for a resilient business continuity management and a business continuity in the event of a crisis Implementation of risk assessments for existing and future outsourcing as well as other foreign exposure Evaluations of the critique of internal business processes and external performance within the framework of the NPP for maintaining business operations in the event of a crisis Function and processing of the tasks of the crisis manager and emergency manager, in particular management of the crisis staff and coordination of the restart Responsibility for the planning and implementation of the Business Impact Analysis and the associated analysis and result documentation Preparing and drawing up reports and deriving knowledge and action from them Planning, execution and evaluation of tests and exercises Contact for all stakeholders in relation to BCM topics in the company and close cooperation with them, in particular the outsourcing management, IT-SCM and IT-SEC Annual and regular reporting to local management and SG Group Security and Safety Management for BDK GmbH, BDK LS and ALD L

You have a degree in Business Continuity Management or a comparable qualification

You already bring well-founded professional experience in BCM, emergency and crisis management, as well as in the regulated banking environment

You have a strong risk awareness and the ability to anticipate potential crises at an early stage as well as to analyze their effects in a sound manner.

You have experience in the risk assessment and are versed in evaluating the criticality of business processes

You have the ability to optimize existing processes and make operationally professional decisions that affect the work of your own groups

You are known for your empathy as well as for your distinct organizational and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile. Basic French knowledge is desirable
