Customer Service Manager Electrical Technical Infrastructure Services (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a customer service manager Elektro (w/m/d) in permanent position.

Our client is active in a crisis-proof industry and is responsible for electrotechnical services in the context of reconstruction, expansion and rehabilitation measures. At the site, projects are planned, coordinated and implemented closely at ongoing production, so that smooth operation is guaranteed at any time. You work at the interface between internal specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers and ensure clear coordination and reliable results. A central part of the task is the control of appointments, costs and quality as well as compliance with relevant legal and normative regulations according to DIN VDE including legally reliable documentation.

Then, as a guarantee, Elektromeister will make a significant contribution to the implementation of demanding measures and become a reliable contact person for all project participants

Coordination of projects during ongoing production with focus on low-impact processes and secure implementation Planning, calculation and independent coordination of reconstruction, development and rehabilitation measures in the electrotechnical environment Control and coordination of internal specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers for timely implementation Management of the projects taking into account time keeping, cost management and quality requirements including transparent status communication Control of compliance with relevant legal and normative requirements according to DIN VDE and the creation and maintenance of a legally secure project documentation

Technical training as an electrician or electronic engineer with focus on operating technology, energy and building technology, automation technology or electrical installation as well as further training as a technician or master or alternatively studies electrical engineering Ideally multi-year professional experience in the project environment with first leadership responsibility or management of stakeholders Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations according to DIN VDE and safety in technical and legal documentation Service-oriented appearance, responsible and independent functioning as well as enforcement ability in coordination with stakeholders Very good knowledge of German at least at level C1 and clear, address-oriented communication in daily business
