VSE-related IT services in terms of service level agreements and cost structures together with internal and external IT service providers. Continuous monitoring of IT service quality compared to service level agreements, definition of SLAs in close cooperation with the central IT department and external IT service providers. Ensuring transparency on current service quality, ongoing escalations with a special focus on Major Incidents, tracking corrective measures in case of deviations in service quality in close cooperation with central IT. Support of IT budget management for run-the-business budgets based on defined services and cost structures Implementation of a process-oriented assessment and ongoing care of business crime with focus on IT skills Services in close cooperation with the specialist areas with special focus on necessary service levels (cost-benefit weighing) Work and participation in the context of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the VSE

Successfully completed training in IT or comparable First professional experience in a similar position desirable Knowledge required in the IT industry Good knowledge of Atlassian Tools and Design of Service Solutions Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Good communication skills and a high team capability
