Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships by means of demand determination, turnover analyses and sales of future coloplast products Creation of customer development plans, forecasts and planning, implementation and control of appropriate sales measures Self-supporting of the customer portfolio to achieve the sales targets and increase of customer retention Close cooperation with internal editing centres, including conditions, documenization and planning and implementation of marketing and training measures Advice and support of HCP experts on coloplast products and solutions Care and use of the CRM system Salesforce for the presentation of customer appointments and sales opportunities Treatment of complaints, product complaints and returns, analysis and optimisation of customer processes
Completed commercial training or university degree Experience in telephonic distribution of products in need of declarations – ideally in the health, medtech or trade environment Ideally knowledge of the health market Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and excellent communication strength High customer orientation, negotiation skills and enforcement Safe handling of the MS‐Office package and good English skills in word and writing
