The RSG Rostfrei-Schneidwerkzeuge GmbH is an owner-managed, metal-manufacturing family company with around 45 employees at the Solingen site. We manufacture high-quality stainless steel products for food processing and supply worldwide leading manufacturers of kitchen machines. Our production is highly automated and covers the entire process chain – from punching, bending and shaping to hardening, grinding and surface processing to assembly, everything directly with us on site. We are looking for a dedicated tool mechanic (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) at the next time to strengthen our tool design and technology.

In our tool design you make a decisive contribution to quality and process reliability: Maintenance, repair and repair of existing tools Technical optimizations to improve service life and manufacturing processes Ensuring tool availability and reducing downtime New production of punching, bending and subsequent composite tools Production of Functional and First Pattern Parts Support for repairs and optimizations on production plants

Complete technical training, e.g. as Tool mechanics, precision mechanics, industrial mechanics or toolmakers (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – ideally with focus on punching and forming technology Experience in tool construction or maintenance of punching and forming tools Knowledge of metalworking on turning and milling machines of advantage Self-employed, structured and responsible work Team spirit and interest in technical improvements
