We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

The professional and disciplinary leadership of project managers within a supra-regional project organization. Orientation in the roll-out at the business plans of OXG Glas GmbH and regional responsibility for the (FTTH) network expansion (PON/XGS-PON) in the NE3. Ensuring compliance with deadline and budget requirements for the respective expansion projects. Acquisition of independent negotiation with external service providers and suppliers in terms of the quality and performance of the services. Management of general contractors at a strategic and tactical level as well as establishing and carrying out regular project reviews. Cross-departmental cooperation to get the maximum out of the rollout.

You have a completed study in the technical or commercial field, as an alternative training in the TK sector in the technical field (fixed network). You bring many years of professional experience with infrastructure projects or comparable roll-outs (FTTX). You have a class B driving licence as well as a readiness to travel in the expansion region and Düsseldorf. You have several years of experience in dealing with GIS and PNI (Physical Network Inventory) tools. You are characterized by a pronounced conceptual and analytical thinking and work as well as a well-founded knowledge in professional project management. You have negotiating competence in dealing with internal and external suppliers and you are characterized by strong strategic and networked thinking and acting. Self-employed work and self-initiative are of course for you. You are team-ready, service-oriented and resilient.
