Ensuring the quality of care and satisfaction of our residents: Special responsibility in the service and cooperation in the management circle Planning, documentation and evaluation of care with modern digital tools Close cooperation with doctors and therapists Coordination and partly independent implementation of treatment care

Complete training in nursing, health care and nursing, or completion as a nurse High level of empathy and social competence in dealing with people with dementia Interest in leadership and joy in motivating employees Representative team spirit, organizational talent, commitment and passion for nursing
