Taxes and coordination of long-term planning for central procurement of vehicles, services and equipment for our three training centres and the organisational units of the AFZ at the Bonn site, as well as implementation and final processing of procurement Coordination of procedures in the procurement sector Answering basic questions as well as advice from training centres and units in the use of funds/financial management in the context of procurement and management of the budget transferred Auditing and monitoring of planned contracts and model agreements (contract controlling) Planning, implementation and evaluation of measures to improve the material readiness of training centres Coordination of procedures for repair and maintenance of materials in the training and training centre and cooperation in and/or Management of working groups Documentation, analysis and communication of quality defects/ warranty claims

Complete bachelor's degree in a (special) high school, e.g. in the fields of administration, finance or business management; alternatively: ‐in (FH) It is also possible to apply for THW employees in a comparable medium-term service who have acquired an application authorization from THW-intern.
