Member of the Board of Directors (m/f/d)

Together with the commercial supervisor, you are responsible for managing and developing our cooperative. Their focus is on the technical management of our real estate stock.

Your main tasks include: Close and trusting cooperation within the Board of Management for the joint design and implementation of economic, organisational and strategic decisions. Perception of contractor representation as well as technical coordination, monitoring and monitoring of new building, maintenance, refurbishment and modernization measures to ensure compliance with cost, time and quality requirements Creation and updating of long-term maintenance and investment planning and deriving long-term investment and modernisation strategies Establishment and continuous monitoring of a structured system for the fulfilment and documentation of traffic safety obligations Systematic detection and evaluation of the construction and technical condition of our buildings and installations as well as derivation of necessary measures Planning, coordination and monitoring of ongoing maintenance and repair measures Further development of efficient workflows and suitable documentation and control systems in the technical field Professional leadership of a technical employee and coordination of external specialist companies, service providers and planners In addition to the Board's responsibility, the position expressly includes active cooperation in the daily operating business.

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or real estate management with technical orientation, alternatively completed technical training with corresponding additional qualification or comparable qualification.
