We are always looking for new colleagues for the senior nursing home “Haus Drei Linden”, the outpatient care service at COMPANERO outpatient in Bassum and Weyhe, as well as for our new day care and kitchen at the MÜHLENQUARTIER in Bassum. You carry out independent and co-ordinarily prescribed treatment care measures You guide the nursing and assistance staff in carrying out restricted treatment care You plead the contact with relatives and other persons close to the inhabitants: You conduct and answer the digital care documentation via iPad or smartphone You work in maintaining and developing quality management You take over tasks of psychosocial care and support

You have the qualification as a nursing professional (m/w/d), e.g. a state-approved:r Senior Caregiver:in, Nursing Caregiver:in, Child Caregiver:in, Caregiver or Caregiver, or a professional qualification recognised as equivalent Knowledge in computer-assisted care documentation You take ownership and also take care of Personal stability, balance and patience in dealing with clients and relatives
