Your duties

• Production of doughs according to recipe and strict guidelines
• Ensuring and monitoring of established quality standards
• Installation and auditing by means of technical parameters
• Internal quantity logging of production
• Documentation of recipe procedures, batches and disorders
• Stock management of raw materials and demand determination
• Predig transport and implementation of hygiene measures
