Description

• You will get to know the locations of the Home Comfort Group. These are mainly production sites with buildings for production and storage, as well as office space. Tasks at a sales location can also be required.
• They will independently accompany projects for reconstruction, expansion and maintenance. They create refurbishment concepts for the preservation and optimization of the real estate, with respect to legal and economic concerns and also implement them.
• You create performance directories or work with external engineering offices in this task, complete the technical examination of the offers and participate in the award. After monitoring, monitoring and processing of a service, you take over the acceptance of the construction works and ensure the transfer to the user or the user to the ongoing operation.
• The German-wide task requires readiness to travel. Here you represent the interface to the respective FCM/location line.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or comparable
• Experiences and know-how: practical professional experience in construction or project management, preferably in commercial engineering (crude and expansion plants) and good knowledge in MS Office and AutoCAD (or comparable CAD architecture software)
• Personality and working: You can quickly adjust to new situations and you like to work independently on your projects; You will find pragmatic solutions and always align your actions with customer benefits; They actively contribute to the team and show high commitment to develop innovative approaches together
• Working day: Wetzlar or Mittelhessen; mobile work possible after consultation
• Languages: very good German in word and writing, English knowledge desirable
