Temporary pedagogical assistant for after-school care services (46.60.01)

We, the university town of Marburg, are looking for the next possible appointment as a pedagogical assistant for the representation of our specialist service all day and school care.

The part-time job with 12 hours of week-long work must be completed within a 4-day week for a period of one year.

The grouping is carried out according to category S 2 of the public service collective agreement.

Your profile

• They ideally bring practical experience in work with primary school children.
• They are interested in working with primary school children.
• Ideally, you will study education and education, primary education, or a comparable relevant course of study.
• They are open to all-day school development and work according to the open concept or Situation approach.
• They work independently, are characterized by a high degree of responsibility and reliability.
• They are team-ready, flexible, committed, self-initiative and resilient.
• They behave towards children, colleges and school colleges.
• If you have completed a training as a youth manager on the basis of the juleica, please submit this to your application.
• They are flexible and mobile in the perception of representation tasks, if necessary, also by 5 pm (a job ticket is provided by the employer).
• You can handle it well, if necessary only for a short time, at which school location you are employed.

Your tasks

• You represent personnel failures in a Marburger Care and Full-Day Offering
• They supervise and accompany the children in the homework/learning periods, the corresponding AGs and in the free play.
• They accompany primary school children from the 1st to 4th year at lunchtime.
• They support the teaching staff in the supervision and work with the children.

Their activities include the care of primary school children from 1 to 4 years of age at the generally applicable school days. It is therefore essential to take a holiday in the school holidays. The lesson-free period exceeding the entitlement to leave is pre- or post-worked by the conversion of working time, which results in a correspondingly increased weekly working time during school hours. The working time is usually between 11:00 and 15:00.
