As a safety driver: you serve our autonomous vehicles for testing purposes, for example when testing new software versions, mapping roads and transporting our guests Ensure continuous and reliable documentation of vehicle behavior, error messages and breaks and help your team analyze and troubleshoot the errors In emergency situations or in case of errors, you enter the vehicle control of the autonomous vehicle You can pass the detected vulnerabilities during the driving behavior directly to the vehicle manufacturer Your feasible ideas for improvement of the processes and the vehicle in consultation with the local and central authorities are a key success factor for the project

Your profile:

You have a valid class B driver's license, ideally class D1, and you can present several years of experience in driving a motor vehicle (e.g. as a professional driver:in, test driver:in) – completed vocational training is not required No violations of StVO / StVG and the ban on alcohol have been registered with you within the last 12 months You need a passenger transport certificate (P-Schein) and various modules of ADAC driving safety training (PKW-Intensiv-Training, PKW-Perfektionstraining, PKW-Kompakt-Training) for the performance of the activity – these can also be obtained later, we will be happy to support you in this process You do not have entries in the guide certificate and can provide us with information from the driver register In addition, you will bring fluent German and English skills as well as basic technical and mechanical skills that you can apply in everyday work Your strong interest in e-mobility, vehicle technology and technical innovations in the automotive industry completes your profile
