You advise management as well as our areas of expertise in legal issues – in particular in contractual law, in national and international contractual negotiations, in commercial and corporate law, in the field of intellectual property, data protection, compliance and in judicial and extrajudicial disputes. You first, review and negotiate contracts such as secrecy agreements (NDAs), Letters of Intent, cooperation, partner and framework agreements – even in direct coordination with customers and business partners. You develop existing contractual templates and create new legal templates and standards. You follow relevant legislative changes and case-law, evaluate their impact on the company and make concrete recommendations for action. You work closely with colleagues from different disciplines, our international companies and external legal advisers. You support the development of internal processes and introduce your legal know-how in cross-disciplinary projects. You support the Legal Team in daily business, such as contract management and administrative legal issues.

You have successfully completed the First and Second Legal State Exams or have a comparable qualification in German law. You have a well-founded knowledge of German civil, commercial and corporate law and ideally experience with international legal issues. You bring at least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel or a lawyer:in with, preferably in the field of international economic law and/or arbitration. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and understand that complex legal issues are understandable, practical and address-oriented. You convince by a pragmatic hands-on mentality, pronounced communication strength and the ability to develop legally secure and economically sensible solutions. You like to work in interdisciplinary and international teams and appreciate the collaboration with different stakeholders. You have very good MS Office skills. You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous.
