Processing of pre-qualified service requests (analysis, classification and solution) from external customers to products and solutions in operation (national and international) Work and support of first-level support units for hardware and software topics Documentation of all support activities carried out in the Service Request Ticket as well as professional and timely forwarding of corresponding internal requirements Support for information on products, services, solutions, publications and events of the Bundesdruckerei Participation in quality assurance of service and support processes Participation in the consolidation of customer feedback

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Good English knowledge of word and writing Team spirit as well as communication skills and sovereign handling of customers on the phone and by email Systematic, targeted and independent operation
