Customer Success Consultant (SaaS) (m/f/d)

You advise and advise our customers on the use of master plan and modern Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) methods.

You take responsibility for the onboarding of new customers and the long-term care of our existing customers.

You plan and moderate workshops and user trainings and provide complex content with practical, comprehensible and eye-level.

You accompany customers from different industries in the analysis, optimization and further development of their processes.

Technically, you advise on the connection of other software solutions via interfaces, especially in the environment of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience in customer consulting or support for B2B projects, ideally in the SaaS environment as well as in the areas of project management, project portfolio management or agile methods.

Joy in cooperation with people, empathy and a clear, target-group-oriented communication.

A creative “out-of-the-box”-denke, paired with structured working methods and a strong solution focus.

High self-employment, good self-organisation and openness for new topics and technologies.

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel about 4–5 days a month.

A completed study (e.g. economics, BWL, VWL, economic informatics) or a comparable vocational training.
