Commissioning technician / shift supervisor (m/f/d)

Start-up and run-up of large production lines in special machine and special plant construction Control, optimization and monitoring of processes during the start-up phase Leadership of a team of up to 10 employees per shift Direct interface to the factory management Ensuring a smooth production process in continuous-shift operation Documentation and continuous improvement of processes

Complete technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial mechanics or comparable) At least 3 years of experience in commissioning large plants in special construction Willingness to work in a coherent layer Leadership and team orientation Technical understanding, hand-on mentality and structured working
