You are responsible for the design, implementation and continuous development of the company-wide AI governance as well as the AI target, including the associated roadmap As an operational support of the AI Responsible Function, you ensure compliance with regulatory, group-wide and internal requirements in the environment of artificial intelligence The development, maintenance and further development of policies, standards, control mechanisms and governance processes across the entire life cycle of AI systems are your responsibility You coordinate risk and compliance assessments of AI applications and ensure appropriate consideration of relevant requirements and risks The AI register is responsible for you and complemented by a transparent and revision-proof documentation As a central contact person, you will advise the specialist areas on issues related to the responsible use of AI and coordinate cooperation with relevant stakeholders The implementation of group-wide requirements as well as requirements of external and internal rules will be accompanied in close coordination with the relevant departments Together with HR, you support training and awareness measures and promote safe, responsible and sustainable use of AI in the company

You bring a completed study of computer science, business informatics, business administration with IT reference or a comparable qualification with Multiannual practical experience in the field of AI governance as well as in dealing with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements You have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and generic AI including different AI types, agent systems and relevant fields of application The assessment of AI-use-cases in terms of benefits, risks and maturity You as easy as deriving AI objectives from corporate and IT strategies A good technical understanding of AI solutions in the M365 environment and experience in the introduction of new technologies Funded project experience and safe use of agile methods help you successfully manage complex projects Outstanding skills in stakeholder management as well as a high communication, control and orchestration competence complete your professional profile Workshop experience, change and enablement skills as well as a high level of implementation in regulated business environments
