In addition to the monitoring and control of the IT project for the Business Intelligence System (BIS) of the BLB NRW, you will be responsible as IT project management (w/m/d): As a project manager, it is your responsibility to ensure the achievement of the project objectives with regard to the introduction and integration into time, quality and budget Your tasks include process and resource management and project controlling and reporting You accept project-specific product configuration in line with the customer and in line with the IT strategy of the BLB NRW You create and review technical and IT concepts or Requirements (fine and coarse conception of the project) They ensure that the requirements for the project team are comprehensible and divided into realistic work packages You keep in mind the progress of important topics of the project and create and maintain corresponding documentation You conduct and design workshops in cooperation with the PMO and the external partners Ensure the integration of the BIS project with the SAP S/4HANA transformation project

They have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You have at least three years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally focusing on business intelligence or SAP Knowledge in the environment of SAP BW, SAP ERP or the implementation of ETL processes would be advantageous. They are characterized by the will to design, strong customer orientation and large organizational talent. They have a strong ability to analyze strategic issues in combination with a pronounced problem-solving competence They bring very good communicative skills as well as openness and curiosity for new topics and the desire for personal development with They have certain knowledge of German that correspond at least to the C1 level (flowing in word and writing) Your profile is rounded off by a structured and solution-oriented operation and a high degree of empathy

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
