Your perspective As a construction finance specialist, you are an important part of our team in the “VR Living Room” field. In this position, you take the advice and execution of target- and final-oriented building financing discussions. As a competent contact person, you accompany our customers throughout the entire financing process and develop individual, sustainable strategies that are tailor-made to their needs. You will gain new customers and actively support existing customer relationships in order to continuously expand them. Your tasks include the analysis of existing business connections to identify further sales potentials. As part of your activity, you will discuss sound recommendations and compare different financing partners to find the best solutions for your customers. In addition, you regularly take part in specialist, network and customer events and strengthen your expertise and contacts within the industry. You enjoy digital processes, move safely in the platform business and are open to new, flexible ways to design your workflows. Your qualification You have a completed economic or technical degree or a relevant vocational training, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification, such as the bank specialist. You bring several years of experience in customer transition and have a well-founded market knowledge in the field of construction financing. Your work is characterised by a high self-initiative and above-average commitment. What is important to us: You bring a strong communication and team skills and work structured and practical.
