Demand Management: You creatively shape the demand management process for IT-oriented projects and actively participate in its continuous optimization. Process visualization: You create and expand process images, presentations and editorial content to illustrate complex processes in a comprehensible way. Requirement support: You support organizationally in identifying IT requirements and contribute to identifying needs in a structured manner. Stakeholder communication: You stand in regular exchange with stakeholders: inside and for a transparent vote. Coordination & Conception: You perform coordinated and conceptual tasks within the Architecture & Demand Management program function as well as adjacent processes. Tool development: You support the implementation and further development of the tools used in demand management, for example through test phases, the creation of training documents or the preparation and implementation of training.

Studies: You are in a computer science-economic or related study. Analytical thinking and self-initiative: You have conceptual and analytical skills. You also have an independent and independent way of working. Structure: You have a quick conception going in a structured way. Tools: You are safe in handling the MS Office applications. Readiness & motivation: You want to take responsibility and look beyond the edge of the plate. Team: Your team and communication skills complete your profile. Language skills: You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
