We – Ritter, part of Avantor – are looking for a dedicated team leader (m/w/d) within the production planning for the professional and organizational management of a small team in Schwabmünchen. This role is responsible for the quantitative and timely disposition of semi-finished and finished parts taking into account specified parameters.
Planning, control and monitoring of internal and/or external production using WinCarat and Proses Creation, appointment and tracking of production orders taking into account economic and capacitive aspects Active monitoring of ongoing production including inventory control and independent introduction of corrective and bottleneck measures Maintenance and management of product master files, work plans, piece lists and packaging instructions Ensuring complete and structured production documentation including Accompanying and accounting documents Working with continuous improvement processes (CDP), projects and support in audits, inventory and management systems Close cooperation with adjacent areas, support in the training of trainees, and takeover of cross-disciplinary tasks as needed
