We stand for safe, performant and highly available operation of the IT infrastructure, compliance with relevant legal standards and support our customers with customized IT solutions in the context of the basic, operating system and database infrastructure from consulting to IT operation. Our core business is managed IT services. The main task of our team is the operation of specialized hardware and software infrastructure for the database platform of the data center of German pension insurance. In addition, we plan, control and coordinate delivery tasks as well as the management of our external partners for pension insurance providers in various georedundant environments on standardized platforms with different priorities and diverse areas of tasks. In this position, you are responsible for the stable, highly available operation of our Oracle Engineered Systems in the data center environment. You work in a technically demanding environment and contribute significantly to the operational reliability of critical IT services in 24/7 operation. You monitor, analyze and troubleshoot Oracle Engineered Systems environment and ensure high availability of IT services in 24/7 operation You are responsible for the provision, implementation, configuration and continuous optimization of the IT systems used In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of the system landscape and contribute to technical improvements and standardizations In addition, you are also responsible for the planning, description and care of IT operations and related technical documentation You work in technical projects and bring their own ideas to the further development of the company In external operating support, you control and coordinate providers and service providers for the Oracle Engineered Systems infrastructure in the data center at the locations Berlin and Würzburg and accompany technician deployments on site
