Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of construction processes Identification of additional cost optimisation potential for post-contractor services and material Developing and updating a timely and cost-optimal project plan as well as ensuring a comprehensive reporting on opportunities and risks within the project at any time possible Projektmanagement (m/w/d) and ongoing personnel and materials planning Ensuring and implementing the non-deficient acceptance by the client, expert or further administrative acceptances

(m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) or a comparable degree, as an alternative a completed study with a technical focus At least 2 years of professional experience in the technical environment Knowledge in project management as well as a safe handling of an ERP system and MS Office Ideally leadership experience in a comparable position Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
