Construction, introduction and further development of a lean management system in our electronics production Implementation and sustainable establishment of Shop Floor Management in production Introduction and Implementation of the Zero Error Principle for Continuous Improvement of Product and Process Quality Analysis and optimization of production processes along the production value chain Coaching and empowering executives and employees in the Lean environment Support for the development of a corporate culture of continuous improvement (KVP) Moderation of workshops (e.g. pits, value flow analyses) and management of improvement projects within production Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs for controlling Lean activities

Complete studies in engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Lean Management, ideally in electronics manufacturing Knowledge in the Shop Floor Management and practical experience in its implementation detectable experience in the implementation of zero-error strategies (e.g. Poka Yoke, Six Sigma or comparable methods) Experience in the development and development of CS structures Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as persuasiveness Hands-on mentality and ability to sustainably anchor changes in the company Very good German knowledge
