W2-Professorship (m/f/x) Change Management in Fashion Business

You will primarily teach English in the degree programs offered by the TEXOVERSUM School of Textiles, focusing on processes of change in the fashion and textile industry. You enjoy empowering students to successfully shape organizational transformations and teaching complex topics in a practical manner. Developing students' skills is your top priority. You apply theoretical concepts and models to explain and manage change processes. You design and develop programs degree as well as innovative, interactive teaching formats (e.g., project work and case studies, simulation-based learning, blinded learning). You conduct research on organizational development, change and transformation management, build up an independent transfer and research profile, and initiate cooperative practical projects with industry partners. You are present at the university, active participation in academic self-administration, and contribute to the strategic development of the TEXOVERSUM School of Textiles. You contribute your international experience and your commitment to promoting diversity and equal opportunities in teaching, research, and transfer.

A completed university degree and a relevant doctorate. Proven scientific and/or professional experience in areas such as change management, organizational development, transformation, behavioral economics, or business psychology. Practical experience in the application of analysis and design methods for organizational change processes. Willingness and ability to apply and further develop innovative teaching concepts. Ability to interact disciplines and teach content in a practical manner. Excellent teaching skills, especially in dealing with diverse teaching situation. Excellent English skills (equivalent to C1) and good German skills. Team spirit, intercultural competence, and commitment to appreciative teaching and working culture.
