Within the 18-month program you will get to know our products and sales strategies at our production sites Rheda-Wiedenbrück and Wadersloh. You will then have the opportunity to implement the learned person in your own sales area in northern or southern Germany.

For our Westag Academy we are looking for two trainee sales (m/w/d) at the next possible time in Hamburg, Munich, Rheda-Wiedenbrück.

You learn everything about our products and how we sell them successfully to retail You will get to know the departments that specialize in the production and sale of doors and elements You will accompany experienced colleagues in the field service during customer visits and gain practical experience as soon as possible You will get the opportunity to take over your own projects and contribute directly to the success of the company

You have completed university studies in an economic field or with a focus on sales You have good English skills You want to shape the future of Westag You are capable of team and communication and have an interest in business operations
