• In the field of training and personnel development, you will lead a team of training experts and the training team at Bosch Building Technologies in Germany.
• They identify strategic competencies together with the disciplines and control competence building in the business area (Competence Management).
• With your team as well as in coordination with relevant stakeholders, you develop training measures and implement them sustainably.
• They contribute to the development of young people and are responsible for the support of trainees and dual students.
• They promote health management in the business sector by identifying and offering appropriate measures.
• They contribute to current projects in the organization and support them through tailor-made solutions in the field of personnel development.

Qualifications

• Training: completed studies preferably with deepening staff or personnel development or a comparable qualification
• Personality and mode of operation: cooperative, goal-oriented, proactive, communicative and fast in building networks
• Experiences and know-how: several years of professional and leadership experience in the field of education and training in an intercultural environment with matrix organization
• Qualification: conceptual strength, leadership skills, good knowledge of organizational relationships
• Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
