As Stream Owner – Operational Value Stream (OVS) (m/w/d), you shape the heart of our operational processes. For an outstanding customer experience, you’ll drive across all touchpoints and combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to make our teams succeed worldwide.

You take over the control and further development of the entire Operational Value Stream (OVS) and consistently align processes with effect and quality. An excellent end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints is guaranteed – from marketing and sales to onboarding to support and customer success. You use OKRs to connect teams, create common priorities and achieve measurable results along the customer lifecycle. You use customer feedback, market behavior and process data to initiate optimizations and to decide data-based. You develop standards, processes and tools that ensure efficiency, quality and scalability in the long term. Where other complexity is seen, you can create clarity and orientation – with focus, structure and a secure sense for the essential. You take the clear leadership responsibility in our agile matrix structure: Disciplineally guide and develop the employees in their 'Home-Base' teams: Customer Experience (with Service Success & Support), Customer Growth & Solutions and Marketing & Communication. Professionally, you act as an enabler and coach in the lateral leadership and ensure excellence in the cross-functional value stream teams that create the end-to-end value for our customers.

A completed degree in business management, marketing, communication or customer management – or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in a leading or controlling role in the field of customer experience, marketing, sales or service. Knowledge of process management, operational excellence and KPI control. Strategic and networked thinking, combined with a pronounced customer and service orientation. Experience in cross-departmental cooperation, change management and team generation. Analytical understanding and routine in handling CRM, support and analytic tools.
